Where other contractors are also employed, detailed specifications for building work can be provided to ensure the choice of materials and standard of work meet the project requirements. Where appropriate, I can advise on selection of a contractor locally to you.
I can produce plans for long term management and enhancement of gardens on large sites, such as historic buildings, grounds of country houses, residential and care homes or housing complexes. All such work has been undertaken in the past and detailed examples are available.
Fees: Fees depend upon the scale of work required and the cost of materials, and so vary between projects. I would be happy to discuss any garden improvements you are considering and give you an idea of the cost involved without obligation. If required I can tailor plans to give the best improvement for any given budget.
I am based in Norwich, Norfolk, and am undertaking work in East Anglia, Essex and Hertfordshire. I am happy to consider consultations in all other areas.
