I have an Honours degree in Botany and a year's post-graduation training in landscape building, horticulture and garden design, leading to the National Certificate in Horticulture (Landscape).
The landscape course included the theory and practice of building works and I am also qualified in arboriculture and tree surgery. For both these courses I achieved distinctions, and for the landscaping and design course I was awarded the prize for 'best student'.

Since training I have had 12 years' experience transforming gardens. Seeing my projects mature over this time has given me enormous satisfaction, and inspires me to look for hidden potential in every new garden I design. My knowledge and training in Ecology also means your garden design can be specifically orientated towards enhancement for wildlife if required. |
